Before exercising your right to vote, you must be registered. Here’s what you need to know to register in Indiana.

Voter Registration Status

You can check your voter registration status, register to vote and find your polling place by visiting the Secretary of State’s Indiana Voters site or the Marion County Voter Information Portal.

If you are an Indiana resident with a valid Indiana driver’s license or Indiana state-issued identification card, you can submit a new voter registration application or update an existing
 voter registration record online.
